For those who yearn to be outside a bit more I am offering a couple of sessions a month in my lovely sunny garden, followed by time in our wood fired sauna with smoothies and herbal tea while you relax before or after your time in the sauna.
These are likely to be popular so do book your session! This is such a fabulous way to spend time with your friends! And if sauna is not your thing there is still an option to join in with our yoga session and just relax with a drink afterwards.
How does it work?
Sessions are scheduled three times a month on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and Tuesday evening at 6pm. As usual, book through my booking system at www.BelieveinWellbeing.co.uk/book-in.
