Preston Village Hall is licensed for events for up to 150 people (120 seated). (Please note the capacity of the hall is currently reduced to 100 people. We will review this number on a regular basis.) 

We have a reception area, small cloakroom, meeting room, large main hall (with stage), coffee lounge, kitchen and toilet facilities, including for disabled/baby change. We have a car park on-site for 20 cars.  The approximate size of the main hall is 12m x 9m.

The hall is usually let on an hourly basis and the current hire charge is £18.00 per hour.  
Alternatively, we offer a day rate of £160 per day from 8.00 am-midnight.

Our Wedding package allows the use of the hall from Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning for a fee of £260.

There is a need to pay a holding deposit of between £50-£100 (according to the type of event) which is held to safeguard against damage/additional cleaning. However, this sum is refunded after the event if all is well.

Hire of the hall includes the use of tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, etc. We merely request that all items used are returned to their original place at the end of the hire period.

It is sometimes possible to hire the meeting room (providing the hall is not otherwise booked) for small meetings of up to 20 people for a hire fee of £5 per hour.
