Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon are internationally important areas for nature conservation, supporting a diverse range of wildlife and their associated habitats.

We will aim to spot as many species of birds as possible and following a falling tide offers the best chance to see many of our waders, including sanderling and ringed plover. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and more information about the nature reserve will be given throughout the walk.

The walk will start at 10am and will last approximately 1.5 hours. After the walk, enjoy a hot drink and a piece of cake from the Pebble Pig Cafe, which is included in the ticket price. Please aim to arrive five to ten minutes before the start time.

This event is suitable for beginners to birdwatching and is suitable for children 8 years and older. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
